Send personalized emails as PDF attachments: new version of Mail Merge Toolkit is released!

We would like to present you a new version of Mail Merge Toolkit add-in: the great tool for personalized mailing in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.

Mail Merge Toolkit extends an opportunity of mailing personalized messages. One of the most important features of Mail Merge Toolkit is the possibility to send the message in different formats: HTML, RTF or GIF. In the new version of the software we extended this list - it's possible to send personalized messages in PDF format! Just compose the message in Microsoft Word, using macroses for personalization and send the message as PDF attachment for each user from your mailing list.

The main sense of this feature is 'invariability' of sent files, i.e. HTML or RTF attachments can be easily changed in with any appropriate editor's software, and even GIF message can be changed in graphical editor. Document in PDF cannot be edited so easily and it requires special skills and equipment to change it. So, PDF message is the best choice when you want to be sure that the recipient cannot change received document, for example it may be an invoice, purchase order, account statement and so on. Mail Merge Toolkit provides you with the possibility to send such messages as PDF attachments!

You are welcome to find detailed information about the product and download the latest version of the add-in at Mail Merge Toolkit homepage.
