Ïðèíèìàÿ ýòî ñîãëàøåíèå, Âû ïîëó÷àåòå îãðàíè÷åííóþ ëèöåíçèþ íà èñïîëüçîâàíèå ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ â òå÷åíèå óêàçàííîãî â äîêóìåíòàöèè èñïûòàòåëüíîãî ñðîêà. 3. Äàííîå ëèöåíçèîííîå ñîãëàøåíèå, êàê è ëèöåíçèÿ íà èñïîëüçîâàíèå ïðîäóêòà, äàåò Âàì íåèñêëþ÷èòåëüíîå ïðàâî èñïîëüçîâàòü ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒ ñ îãðàíè÷åíèÿìè, ñïåöèàëüíî îãîâîðåííûìè â ýòîì ñîãëàøåíèè.
4. Äèñòðèáóòèâ ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ â íåèçìåíåííîì âèäå ìîæåò ðàñïðîñòðàíÿòüñÿ áåç îãðàíè÷åíèé è áåç ïîëó÷åíèÿ ñîãëàñèÿ èëè ëèöåíçèè ó ïðàâîîáëàäàòåëÿ. Âû ìîæåòå âêëþ÷àòü äèñòðèáóòèâ â ñáîðíèêè ïðîãðàììíîãî îáåñïå÷åíèÿ íà äèñêåòàõ, CD-ROM èëè äðóãèõ íîñèòåëÿõ, ðàçìåùàòü åãî íà ñàéòå â Èíòåðíåò èëè ðàñïðîñòðàíÿòü åãî ÷åðåç äðóãèå ñåòè.
5. Ëèöåíçèÿ íà èñïîëüçîâàíèå ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ äàåò íåèñêëþ÷èòåëüíîå ïðàâî óñòàíîâèòü ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒ è èñïîëüçîâàòü åãî íà êîìïüþòåðàõ, ÷èñëî êîòîðûõ çàâèñèò îò òèïà ëèöåíçèè. Ïðè óñòàíîâêå ïðîäóêòà â ëîêàëüíîé ñåòè äëÿ ñîâìåñòíîãî èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ, ÷èñëî êîìïüþòåðîâ â ëèöåíçèè äîëæíî ñîîòâåòñòâîâàòü ÷èñëó êîìïüþòåðîâ, íà êîòîðûõ îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ çàïóñê ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ. Ëèöåíçèÿ íà èñïîëüçîâàíèå ïðîäóêòà (çà èñêëþ÷åíèåì ñïåöèàëüíîé îãðàíè÷åííîé ëèöåíçèè äëÿ èñïûòàíèÿ ïðîäóêòà) íå îãðàíè÷èâàåò âðåìÿ åãî èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ; ëèöåíçèÿ äàåò ïðàâî íà ïîëó÷åíèå áåñïëàòíûõ îáíîâëåíèé ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ è ïðàâî íà áåñïëàòíóþ òåõíè÷åñêóþ ïîääåðæêó ïðîäóêòà â òå÷åíèè îäíîãî ãîäà. Ïðîëîíãàöèÿ ëèöåíçèè íà ïîëó÷åíèå îáíîâëåíèé ïðîäóêòà è òåõíè÷åñêóþ ïîääåðæêó îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ íà ëüãîòíûõ óñëîâèÿõ.
6. Ëèöåíçèÿ íà èñïîëüçîâàíèå ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ íå ìîæåò áûòü ïåðåïðîäàíà èëè ïåðåäàíà òðåòüèì ëèöàì èëè ñäàíà â àðåíäó áåç ïèñüìåííîãî ñîãëàñèÿ ïðàâîîáëàäàòåëÿ.
7. Ëèöåíçèÿ íå äàåò ïðàâà íà ìîäèôèêàöèþ, äåêîìïèëÿöèþ, äèçàññåìáëèðîâàíèå è êëîíèðîâàíèå ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ, çà èñêëþ÷åíèåì ñëó÷àåâ è â ïðåäåëàõ, êîãäà òàêèå äåéñòâèÿ ïðÿìî ðàçðåøåíû çàêîíîäàòåëüñòâîì Ðîññèéñêîé Ôåäåðàöèè.
8. ÎÎÎ Ìàïèëàá íå äàåò ãàðàíòèè, ÷òî ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒ ñîîòâåòñòâóåò Âàøèì òðåáîâàíèÿì. èñïûòàòåëüíàÿ ëèöåíçèÿ ïðåäîñòàâëÿåòñÿ äëÿ òîãî, ÷òîáû Âû ìîãëè ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíî îöåíèòü ñîîòâåòñòâèå ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ Âàøèì òðåáîâàíèÿì. Ïîñëå ïîëó÷åíèÿ ëèöåíçèè íà èñïîëüçîâàíèå ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ Âû íå ìîæåòå òðåáîâàòü âîçìåùåíèÿ åå ñòîèìîñòè íà îñíîâàíèè òîãî, ÷òî ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒ íå ñîîòâåòñòâóåò Âàøèì òðåáîâàíèÿì èëè ïåðåñòàë èì ñîîòâåòñòâîâàòü ïî êàêîé-ëèáî ïðè÷èíå.
9. ÎÎÎ Ìàïèëàá íå íåñåò îòâåòñòâåííîñòè çà ïîòåðþ ïðèáûëè, à òàêæå ëþáîé äðóãîé óùåðá, ñâÿçàííûé ñ èñïîëüçîâàíèåì èëè íåïðàâèëüíûì èñïîëüçîâàíèåì ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ. Âû èñïîëüçóåòå ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒ íà ñâîé ñîáñòâåííûé ðèñê.
10. ÎÎÎ Ìàïèëàá îñòàâëÿåò çà ñîáîé âñå ïðàâà, êîòîðûå ÿâíî íå óêàçàíû â ýòîé ëèöåíçèè.
11. Íàðóøåíèå óñëîâèé äàííîãî ëèöåíçèîííîãî ñîãëàøåíèÿ âåäåò ê àâòîìàòè÷åñêîìó ïðåêðàùåíèþ äåéñòâèÿ ëèöåíçèè íà ïðàâî èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ è ìîæåò ñòàòü ïðè÷èíîé àäìèíèñòðàòèâíîãî è/èëè óãîëîâíîãî ïðåñëåäîâàíèÿ.
12. Óñòàíîâêà è èñïîëüçîâàíèå ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ îçíà÷àåò ïðèíÿòèå Âàìè ëèöåíçèîííîãî ñîãëàøåíèÿ. Åñëè Âû íå ñîãëàñíû ñ óñëîâèÿìè äàííîé ëèöåíçèè, óäàëèòå ôàéëû ÏÐÎÄÓÊÒÀ ñ Âàøèõ íîñèòåëåé èíôîðìàöèè è ïðåêðàòèòå èñïîëüçîâàíèå ïðîäóêòà.
