Extract attachments from email and eml

Outlook attachments processor is a powerful addon which can be easily integrated into your system to manage the incoming mail through the Microsoft Outlook software. To optimize the operation of the mail client we have come to a number of solutions which are presented in this processor. The main advantages that you will surely consider to be of primary importance are the ability to extract attachments from email, search attachments in the archive of already received mail by the name or by the content inside the attachment, resize the incoming mail by reducing the number of attachments in case you do not want to receive all the attachments or if you do have some of them already from previous correspondence.

You can also extract attachments from EML or restore them to forward later in an email. Apart from this mail can be put in the alternative secure storage area different from the original Outlook storage database. Alongside this, the size of an email can be reduced by means of the compressor integrated into the attachments processor. Once you’ve done with the email you can use the compressor function to put it in the archive. In comparison to the general Outlook policy, it will instantly reduce its size without keeping it in full size for a certain period of time "just in case" etc. There are a number of other features which are also rather useful and will give you full power and control over your mail client.

User testimonials
I have been using Attachments Processor for my corporate email and given me countless hours of productivity back. Given the number of document-heavy projects I work on with people outside of our company, my gigabyte quota would only get me through about three months of email. With Attachments Processor, I can now keep two years of email in my inbox because the attachments are stored in My Documents. In addition to enabling me to keep project correspondence together on the email server instead of scattered across PSTs, I have saved many wasted project hours on the onerous job of sorting, archiving and deleting email just so the flow of critical project documentation isn't locked down by quota restrictions. It's amazing how much this automation has improved my productivity!
