As never before, modern businesses are in need of efficient tools for managing their IT-infrastructures and responding to such challenges as:

  • Monitoring: permanent tracking of IT-resources
  • Analysis and Forecasting: the gathering of analytical information on the use of IT-resources and foreseeing possible bottlenecks
  • Security threat anticipation: identification of and protection against potential internal and external threats to IT-resources; proposals for preventative measures
  • Optimization: identification and resolution of existing bottlenecks in an IT-infrastructure

The scale of problems is proportional to the size of the company: the bigger the business is the more important it is to deal with these issues in the most effective way. In any case, the first step to be made is to collect all the necessary data about the company’s IT-infrastructure for its subsequent study and analysis.

MAPILab Reports is a simple, flexible and reliable solution for gathering data on IT-infrastructures

Key product features:

  • management of reports from Microsoft Management Console (MAPILab Reports can be included in the administrative consoles of the IT-personnel);
  • agentless data collection;
  • flexible scheduler of data collection with the help of standard Windows tools;
  • data collection in the local Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Express Edition database or in a dedicated Microsoft SQL Server;

    MAPILab Reports 2008 Designer

**One computer and one user are meant by a workplace here. If a number of computers do not coincide with a number of users in your company, the following scheme will be used to limit data collection: for example, there are 100 computers and 150 users registered in your local network. In this case to collect necessary data you need to buy 150 licenses corresponded to a number of users. Regardless of the size of your company, there is a possibility to limit data collection on your own (for example, limitation by certain domains; organization units; names and attributes of computers and users, etc.) and purchase licenses for a particular number of workplaces.

For all active beta-testers we are happy to offer special discounts and offers.
