After server restart, I receive duplicates of messages. What to do?

Information about which messages have already been received is stored in a database in the program folder. You can receive duplicates if there is no access or damage to the given file.

Be sure that the latest version of the program is installed. Stop the connector and remove all *.db files from the program folder. The database will be automatically created when the service is started.
