Is it possible to receive a notice automatically when a message comes to the BADMAIL folder?

This event is recorded in the Windows events journal. You can adjust notification of this type of event in the Windows events journal, the means needed to do so are built in.

Also, when such an event occurs, there is an increase in the Messages Bad Total performance counter. This can also be used to send notices, for example, in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager.
