The Program does not print. In the log there is the following error— “Error: cannot create MREPrint object. Be sure it is properly installed. (0x8000401a)”.

Solution:

  • Open the Component Services Management console;
  • Open Component Services-> Computers-> My Computer-> COM + Applications-> MAPILab Rules for Exchange Helper;
  • Right-click and choose Properties;
  • Switch to the Identity tab;
  • Choose ' This user option ' and specify one of the users which has a local profile on the given computer with the configured printers. This user must have the rights «log on as batch job» on this computer.
