Technical support of MAPILab products is available in an online module, located at:     http://www.mapilab.com/support/

To receive access to the technical support module, you need to create a personal account.

We provide technical support to registered and to non-registered users, but registered users receive highest priority.

Please note that we do not provide technical support via email.

We answer questions from users within 48 hours from the moment of reception of a request (for registered users). All responses from MAPILab technical support will be duplicated by email to the address given during the creation of personal account.
