Supported operating systems

• Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit versions)
• Microsoft Windows Vista (32-bit and 64-bit versions)
• Microsoft Windows Server 2003 (32-bit and 64-bit versions)
• Microsoft Windows XP (32-bit and 64-bit versions)
• Microsoft Windows 2000 with Service Pack 3 (SP3) or higher

Supported versions of Microsoft Office

• Microsoft Office 2000 with Service Pack 3 (SP3) or higher. Outlook must be in ‘workgroup’ regime. (see below) Some add-ins have limited functionality, refer to system requirements on the
• product’s homepage.
• Microsoft Office 2002/XP with Service Pack 3 or higher
• Microsoft Office 2003 with Service Pack 1 or higher
• Microsoft Office 2007

Supported types of user accounts in Microsoft Outlook

• User accounts of Microsoft Exchange 5.0 and higher
• POP3/SMTP user accounts
• IMAP user accounts are not supported for all add-ins, refer to system requirements of the individual add-in on its homepage.

All our add-ins can be used on both home networks and corporate networks running using Microsoft Exchange Server or Microsoft Small Business Server.

add-ins for Microsoft Office Outlook do NOT work with:

• Outlook Express
• Windows Mail
• Outlook 97/98
• Microsoft Exchange Client
• Outlook Web Access
• When Outlook is started through the ‘send to’ option.

!Before installing an add-in, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word must be closed.
