What an amazing year 2018 was. It was a pleasure to work with all our customers and partners across the globe. It has been an eventful year! We worked hard and hope you are satisfied with the results.

Here are some of the highlights of the year:

• Mail Merge Toolkit: new PRO edition was introduced with personalized PDF attachments and SharePoint list support.
• Attachment Save, Print Agent, Disclaimers for Exchange: the new option to Export and Import rules added to all three utilities.
• MAPILab Search for Exchange: search and export features significantly improved.
• MAPILab Toolbox for Outlook was expanded with the new "Reply All" Forget component.
• Duplicate Email Remover upgraded with the new filter which allows checking the messages for duplicates within the specified date range.
• And many more new features and improvements made with your help and advice.

One of the major milestones of this year was the release of the new Office 2019 platform by Microsoft including updated Outlook, Word, Excel, Exchange, SharePoint, and other services. And we look forward with great enthusiasm to the arrival of 2019 because we have new projects to maximize our software compatibility, efficiency, and productivity.

Please note that our Support and Sales departments will work non-stop during the holidays, but some short delays in answering may occur on December 20, 21, 31 and January 1.
