Is it possible to turn off the duplicate search?
The program finds and deletes duplicates automatically. However, in some situations, some messages can have insignificant distinctions that are ignored by the mechanism of comparison. You can change the algorithm by which this comparison is performed.
Using the regedit program, you must add a key to the Windows Registry
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MAPILab\NPC]
"DuplicatesFilterLevel":dword
Where the values:
- 0 = Switch off Duplicate Remover
- 1 = Activate Duplicate Remover (default)
- 2 = Add to the message body to criteria for search
