New Attachment Save for Exchange with regular expressions support

We are happy to present a new version of Attachment Save for Exchange - the software solution that allows you to process emails and attachments directly on the Microsoft Exchange Server. You can set up handling of mail flow items using criteria that the product uses to find applicable messages: emails/attachments can be blocked, removed or saved automatically without any additional effort. Attachment Save for Exchange works with all versions of Exchange Server.

Now when you save emails and attachments, you can use regular expressions to apply logic and customize file and folder names. Just select the Advanced Format field and use one or several variables with regular expressions to specify the full path you need.

The following variables are available in the Rules Wizard:

Message subject
Senders or Recipients E-mail, name, local address part and domain;
Message or system date;
Globally unique identifier (GUID);
And other variables.

For example: Attachment Save for Exchange can search for invoice numbers in the subject line and create a folder with a corresponding name and store messages there in EML, MSG or TXT format along with the attached files.
