Meet new Mail Merge Toolkit with GA4 support

We are excited to finally present a new version of Mail Merge Toolkit - the outstanding solution that significantly enrich bulk mailing capabilities in Microsoft Outlook by expand mail merging features.

We are glad to inform the presented version of the software contains completely re-designed tracking settings that allows to automatically add UTM parameters in the links in merged emails and attachments. It makes possible to track your mailing results in GA4 and other similar UTM-based analytics solutions.

As is known Google Analytics 4 (GA4) become instead Universal Analytics (UA) in July 2023 and it either enables user to track and analyze user interactions across websites and apps to better understand the user journey and experience. GA4 is built on a radically different data structure and data collection logic: the new ecosystem is focused on users and events rather than sessions, as it occurred before. Applying UTM parameters is a critical option to operate with GA4 and Mail Merge Toolkit allows you to enrich you links and get the corresponding reports as a result.

The simple user-friendly interface of new settings lets setup all tracking parameters even non-experienced user; the main point - access to GA account and minimal practice with GA campaigns.
