Mail Merge Toolkit important update!

Microsoft's June 25, 2025 Office update (Version 2606, Build 20131.20090) introduced changes to the way Outlook Classic interacts with external COM applications. Unfortunately, these changes affected the operation of Mail Merge Toolkit, causing issues for some users during email generation and delivery.

Depending on the environment, users could encounter errors such as "Remote Procedure Call failed" (RPC) or other unexpected communication problems between Microsoft Word and Outlook Classic.

To ensure uninterrupted operation, we analyzed the changes introduced by Microsoft and updated the internal communication mechanism used by Mail Merge Toolkit when working with Outlook Classic. The new version is fully compatible with the latest Office update and restores reliable message generation and delivery.
