MAPILab confirmed with Gold Application Development competency in the Microsoft Partner Network!

We are pleased to announce that MAPILab has been confirmed as Gold Application Development competency in the Microsoft Partner Network for 2015-2016 years!

This is the second year that MAPILab has achieved Gold Partner status with Application Development competency; however, the company has been a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner since 2005, and we have had core Gold competencies since 2011, when the Microsoft Partner Program became the Partner Network with new, higher requirements for companies and their products, customer service, business processes and technologies. So this achievement demonstrates MAPILab’s ability to meet the highest level of customer needs in today’s high-tech business environment.

To attain a gold competency, a partner has to pass a range of tests and exams and have Microsoft Certified Professional status granted for key persons on the team. The partner also must submit customer references with the Microsoft Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Index - a tool that helps measure and understand the level of customer satisfaction with the products and services provided. We greatly appreciate all our users and customers who participated in these surveys and who recognized MAPILab products and services as top solutions for such core Microsoft technologies and platforms as Windows Server and the Windows-family operating systems, Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft SharePoint, and related cloud-based technologies.

Only 5 percent of companies among the more than ten thousand partners worldwide attain the Gold Application Development competency.
